The new Smilow Cancer Center is a driving factor for many other developments including 2 Howe Street (a support parking structure), 55 Park Street (additional space), and plans for both the east of the Air Rights Garage (Downtown Crossing projects) and west of the Air Rights Garage (Route 34 West MDP area).

360 State Street will be changing the skyline of New Haven when completed in 2010.
